Having taken a sabbatical from my busy coaching practice, I am delighted to be back and offering transformational coaching via Zoom (or in person for those who live close to me in the Dordogne).
If you are serious about shifting some stuff then I am here to help!
Since qualifying as a Life & Business Coach with Achievement Specialists back in 2005, I have worked with hundreds of people to create positive and meaningful change in their lives but my ideal client is someone who strives to be authentic and to live a life which feels meaningful and fulfilling to them. Maybe you know that you want to make changes but you are sure exactly what you want or how to take the first step. Or you might have been on your path of self-realisation for some time now and are looking for a coach/mentor to support you to deepen your embodiment through spiritual practice, while living whole-heartedly and courageously.
I am particularly passionate about working with women to help them find more healthy balance in their busy lives and to support them as they make conscious choices to do things that light them up from the inside.
But, mostly, I simply love helping people to deepen their spirituality, to experience more joy, fulfilment and freedom, and to set you free from whatever is holding you back from an authentic expression of your true self.
I experience great joy from helping my clients to get clear about what it is that they truly want, to inquire into all the obstacles in their way, and then to find a way around (or through) those obstacles.
Over the years, I have realized a specific gift which helps people to shift their perception of a certain situation. In many cases, this almost immediately relieves their stress, anxiety, fear or general suffering.
I am a highly empathic coach and this is partly because of the challenges which I have encountered at different stages in my 54 years on this crazy ride called life.
I have experienced systematic bullying, the stillbirth of my first daughter, 2 divorces, living with loved ones with serious mental health problems, supporting my father during dementia and my mother with Motor Neuron Disease, solo parenting, step-parenting, living with my partner’s Long Covid for 2 years at this stage, self-image problems, challenging relationships, low self-esteem, addiction, lots of change, self-employment, sexual relations, communication issues, and much more.

After nearly 15 years of dedicated spiritual practice and commitment to the ongoing process of Ego Relaxation, I know that my great sadness and grief has is exactly what now allows me to also experience great joy and to deeply appreciate my life as it is right now. All this juicy life experience plus 15 years of coaching and healing a very wide variety of clients means that there are very few subjects which I am unfamiliar with or haven’t dealt with before.
EVERYTHING is welcome during a coaching session with me.
EVERYTHING is food for growth.
The definition of a life coach is a professional who helps you reach a goal or make a change in your life. I help you to get out of your head and start taking action in the areas of your life that you wish to change. A life coach guides you through the process by asking questions that help you evaluate and decide which steps to take in order to reach your goal or make an important change. Then I play the important roles of motivator, strategist and accountability partner. My goal is to help you reach your goal in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible.
I offer a FREE exploratory session during which we can explore your current situation, get to know each other better, find out more about what Life Coaching with me entails and then decide whether we both feel that we want to embark on the Life Coaching process together.
I prefer to see my clients once a fortnight for 60 minute sessions and 3-6 months seems to be the optimal amount to make some serious changes (both externally and internally).
I also offer one-off 90 minute sessions which can be effective if you have one very specific issue or area of your life that you want to transform.
If, having read all this, you want to book your FREE exploratory session then simply email jennygrainger@outlook.fr and I will get back to you within 48 hours. If you are still unsure then some of my previous clients shared these words which might help you to make your decision…..
Many thanks for everything. I will forever be indebted to you for all your help and words of wisdom. Working with you as my Life Coach has seen life completely change for me and no words can ever express the wonderful influence your outstanding coaching skills have had on my life and outlook.

Just to say a huge ‘thank you’ – those words don’t seem enough to convey the gratitude I have for the tender loving care and support you gave me so openly from your heart when I was at my most vulnerable.
